This week I had a big moment, I finally let go of deep pain from my first love to heal my broken heart. I didn’t even realise the hurt, anger and resentment I held in my heart. Or the beliefs I had created about myself not being enough, and about men in particular.

We ask questions, we look for answers, and we search for meaning. until we find something. If we reach for another thing to avoid the dark, something to pacify us, like drugs, work, sex, screens, or alcohol, we will keep reaching for it, for the dopamine hit. Spiritual growth is what we need on the journey.
