The moon mirrors our inner rhythms, inviting us to slow down, listen inward, and honour our intuition. At the New Moon we plant intentions; at the Full Moon we release what no longer serves. When women gather in circle, something ancient awakens. We remember we’re not meant to do life alone.
When I was young, I knew I was worthy. I felt beautiful, alive, and free in my body. And then, as I grew, I was bullied…called “fatty,” teased, shamed. From that moment, something shifted. I began to doubt myself. I forgot my own beauty.

The full moon in Leo this month has been big, full, and firey energy.
