LOVE means different things to different people. It depends on what family and culture you grew up in. The Greeks have 4 different words for love.
Eros meaning romantic, sexual and passionate.
Agape meaning selfless and unconditional.
Philia describes the love of friendship, loyalty, and shared interests.
Storge is the love between family, of deep attachment and natural affection.
Knowing yourself is an inside job. It starts by expressing yourself in some way. That’s how we know others, right? By the way they express themselves. Self expression is either moving, speaking, or creativity. When we express, we allow our life force energy to move us into taking action. I take expressive action by writing, speaking, taking photos and dancing.
