Coming in to the dark phase of the moon, it’s always a good time to reflect on what is happening within, to look at what we can improve on and how and where we really want to be. Answering these questions will help you navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.

This week I had a big moment, I finally let go of deep pain from my first love to heal my broken heart. I didn’t even realise the hurt, anger and resentment I held in my heart. Or the beliefs I had created about myself not being enough, and about men in particular.

In the spirit of talking about spiritual healing. I wanted to share with you one of my powerful experiences with the Ultimate Consciousness process. This modality is similar to Hypnosis and guided meditation, but instead of going down into the unconscious mind, we are going up into your higher consciousness. Always amazing!

My daily practice of breathwork and meditation connecting to my body, mind and spirit bringing me closer into energetic alignment with who I am and what I desire. Energy work – releasing and replenishing; also means painful shadow work as I let go of deeply held emotion and beliefs, releasing my old shell. Making space for the new, and stepping into an even bigger space to embody.

I just took a week away with the family, that’s me in my happy place. We love to do this at the end of the school year to reconnect with life. To wind down after a busy year of doing. We slept in, lazed about in the sun, and cleansed our souls in nature. As you know I am all about encouraging you to relax, of course, while still maintaining your passions, your daily and long term goals. I am always working on myself, it has become a way of life.
