Creating A Life That Feels Like You

When I was in my early twenties, I experienced what I now know was severe anxiety — though at the time, I didn’t even have language for it.

I had panic attacks, gut pain, constant nausea, and deep exhaustion. Anxiety wasn’t openly spoken about then, so when I went to the doctor, I was handed The Black Dog — my first introduction to mental health.

My mum booked me in for hypnotherapy. After a few sessions, I felt better.

I don’t remember what was said. I was young, open, and trusting. I knew who I was, and my life was unfolding ahead of me. My challenges were around relationships and feeling valued — and the changes I needed to make felt simple: end a relationship, change jobs. Doable. Even easy.

Fast forward to adulthood.

Marriage. Children. Businesses. Finances. Mortgages. Responsibilities layered upon responsibilities.

The landscape is different. There feels like more to lose — at least to the nervous system.

As adults, resistance to change isn’t just mental. It’s embedded in our nervous system, belief systems, relationships, and financial realities. The patterns we carry have kept us safe. They helped us cope and survive.

So when we want to change, the real work begins.

We start with why.

Why do you want to live differently?
What are you no longer willing to be, do, or accept?

In hypnotherapy and therapeutic coaching, safety comes first. Your nervous system is supported. There is space to be seen and understood. We gently explore where patterns began — and whether you’re ready to release them.

The new way of being must feel safer and more meaningful than the old one.

There is no forcing here. No rushing. And you don’t have to do it alone.

If you’re feeling the pull to live differently — to feel calmer, clearer, and more connected — hypnotherapy and coaching can gently support that process. We work at a pace your nervous system can trust, creating change that feels real and sustainable.

This is an invitation, not a push.
An invitation to remember who you are beneath the patterns that once protected you.

Hypnosis is a therapeutic process, not a quick fix. While some people experience shifts quickly, lasting change usually unfolds over time. On average, six to eight sessions allow old patterns to soften and new ones to integrate safely.

Think of it as unlearning and relearning — gently, layer by layer.

There is no pressure. Your subconscious knows the pace that’s right for you.

All you need to do is arrive, stay open, and allow what’s ready to emerge.

With peace and love, Toni xx
