Awakening
Awakening is the moment you remember who you are beneath conditioning, fear, and survival—and choose to live from that truth. But it does require our conscious awareness everyday. So easily we get pulled back in to living from habit, we need to choose the path anew, until we become the path.
The path we choose is never clearly laid out. A part of choosing a spiritual life is that we step forward with faith and courage, again and again, rising above the challenges and the moments that test us.
Sometimes it rains. Sometimes it drags us down. Sometimes it pushes us off the road completely. Do you get back up again?
Do you Rise? Do you stay the path you chose?
This week away with my family visiting the Great Ocean Road, in the cold, rain, and wind, reminded me how much connection, commitment, conscious awareness and loving ceremony are required to stay on the path.
We choose to rise, together!
Holidays, breaks, rest, down time are a neccessary part of life. The great balancing act of life. Only the lucky few get to travel and experience the wonders of the world, there are many who don’t. We can all experience the wonder of being human though. Of remembering our spiritual self and journeying within, it is wonderous!
I’ve been quietly brewing my vision for 2026. I feel a strong call for more connection, more community, more collaboration, creativity, and contribution. I love creating nourishing, sacred spaces for women, and that call keeps returning—so I’m listening.
Working with the moon is deeply powerful for women. The moon mirrors our inner rhythms, inviting us to slow down, listen inward, and honour our intuition. At the New Moon we plant intentions; at the Full Moon we release what no longer serves. When women gather in circle, something ancient awakens. We remember we’re not meant to do life alone.
