Navigating Life’s challenges

Autumn invites reflection and release, mirroring the falling leaves as we let go of what no longer serves us. Winter wraps the world in stillness, encouraging rest, deep introspection, and renewal before the cycle begins again.

Coming in to the dark phase of the moon, and moving into Autumn, it’s always a good time to reflect on what is happening within, to look at what we can improve on and how and where we really want to be. The dark phase of the moon, is like the dark night of the soul, the turning inwards. Answering these questions will help in navigating life’s challenges with greater ease.
What is happening within
Within us we have different parts that need attention. Reflect on the physical body, is there any pain or discomfort? and remember the body needs nourishment, rest and movement. Take stock of what the mind is doing. this mental part that needs stimulation and inspiration. Are there any blocks for you in speaking up, or taking action and acheiving goals? Notice the spiritual part that needs peace, love, connection and joy. Do you know your values, gifts and what drives you, your soul purpose?
What can I do differently in navigating life’s challenges?
Healthier food or movment habits. Is it fascinating topics to learn, read, watch, listen or talk about. Are you creating space and time to enjoy the pleasurable things in life and what lights you up?
How and where do you want to be?
Setting energetic intentions for how you want to be is important inner work, checking in with yourself each day.
Am I aligning with my truth and my purpose, how am I living out of alignment and how is that affecting me?
Setting goals for where you want to be in life is important for maintaining a sense of purpose, and to stay on track, taking small steps everyday towards your goal.
