Accessing your INTUITION is all about learning to trust yourself, and to make good decisions for yourself. Connecting to your body, mind and soul with deep self inquiry, to get to know yourself again. We are constantly growing and changing, setting new goals and intentions for what we want in life, therefore we have to make room for the new energy of what we need to come in. We need to be clear about what we truly want, and identify and release what is holding us back from getting there.
As you know I have had my fair share of anxiety and discomfort in my body, mind and soul. Suffering from negative thought loops, disconnected and tired, with pain in my heart and my gut. The work I do now, stems from my own experience, deep understanding and studies in neuro linguistic programing, reiki energy healing, meditation, hypnosis, emotional memory pattern release method and life coaching. I learnt how to access my intuition, here’s how.
Intuition is a deep level of trust in yourself. If you are making a decision, try it out by imagining you have made a decision either way, and see how it feels in your gut – the instinctual nervous system reaction. In your heart – it has to feel right, light and expansive. In your head – it has to make sense logically. If these 3 areas are in alignment, then you know you can make your decision and trust yourself 100%.
