Today is the Lion’s Gate Portal - 8th of the 8th. A powerful cosmic energy is available to us and I invite you to tune in and rise. I am taking it back to basics today with a little education about energy frequency.

Our physical energy is a frequency that we vibrate at. If you consider your heart is beating every day as a rhythm, a vibration. Your whole body, your mind, and your spirit are constantly vibrating and radiating a specific frequency. How you feel at any given moment is your vibration, and it changes during the course of the day.

To maintain a steady energetic vibration, it takes consistent daily practice. To be aware of your energy, your feelings and thoughts. All are vibrating at a frequency.

Setting your intentions each day is key to raising your energy. Using feelings is a good place to start in measuring your state, as all emotions have a frequency; it is something we can wrap our minds around. Starting with negative emotions being low frequencies and positive emotions being high - easy!

The pillars of my healing and coaching work to maintain your energy levels are; Meditation, Mindset and Movement. Creating a daily routine to tune in with your energy and do the inner work - to tend your sacred flame, will help raise your energetic vibration.
