Is this retreat suitable for beginners? Absolutely. Whether this is your first spiritual retreat or you have been on this path for years, you will be met exactly where you are. No experience is necessary — just an open heart.

What should I bring? Comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation, a journal, any personal items you use in your spiritual practice, and an open mind. A full packing list will be sent to you upon booking.

Is the retreat residential? Yes — accommodation is included in your investment. You will be staying in twin-share rooms with king single beds (bring a friend and be room mates) at the beautiful Riverdell Spiritual Centre in Hillier SA.
