The structure of magic

The founders of NLP – Neuro Linguistic Programming called their first book, “The structure of magic!”

It’s a foundational work that explores language patterns and how they relate to human behavior and communication, aiming to help individuals understand and change their thought processes. I love the concept of relating this to magic!

Because this is what it feels like when we are able to make an internal shift. A change of thought, a shift in persepctive, a letting go of old hurts and meanings we made about ourselves. It feels like a magical moment, of finally feeling free!

Easter and the life, death and resurrection of Jesus is the perfect reminder of miracles and magic!

You are a child of the universe, source, god, one consciousness, the earth and sky. You are a cosmic love child. A magnificent magical being. You are life itself. You get to choose who you want to be and energetic modalities like NLP, EMPR method, Hypnosis, Reiki and Meditation can help you do that.

When I speak about spirit, I am also speaking about our energy, which is comprised of our thoughts, feelings, unconscious beliefs and memories we hold onto. The memories that shaped us.

You are not your thoughts and you are not your feelings.

They are simply an experience you are having. You are much more than that.

I have been through many hard years of anxiety and feeling stuck in life. Only to realise that it is me who was keeping myself trapped, in the prison of my own mind and memories. I have done a lot of work to get where I am, and the inner work continues. There are always challenges we face in life, the journey isn’t over.

I am here as a guide, to help you explore who you are, how you became yourself, and how to unbecome yourself. To choose for yourself now and in each moment, who you want to be and how you want to show up. This is the magic!
