Fear to Flow: Embracing Faith!
Embracing faith and believe that everything will be ok, is the great inner work.
Watching Troy with my son on the weekend – heat wave in Adelaide folks, a modern take on Homer’s infamous story “The Iliad,” about the war and faith of the Trojans. I had to look up where that was, Troy is modern-day Turkey. The directing was not so great, but the cast – Brad Pitt!, sets and costumes were beautiful.
The Trojan King had utmost faith in the Greek Sun God Apollo. He listened to the priest’s advice unconditionally, rather than listening to the common sense of his sons. It was a sad story. They were too trusting in the priests, and it cost them their lives.
I am all about embracing Faith in yourself, in God, the Universe.
That things will work out, and believe this is the great work of our lives, but not in a naive way. Common sense is important and we only have common sense if we were taught it, or it was role-modelled to us. If your caregivers were overbearing, not caring enough or didn’t allow you to make your own mistakes, you probably struggle to use your common sense, your intuition and trust yourself.
Embracing faith is an important part of the inner work because we need to trust and believe in ourselves and our place in the universe. You exist here for a reason, you belong here, just like the stars and the trees, you are important! ⭐
This is part of my life’s great work, to help people like you build trust and faith in yourself and life. By uncovering and releasing old hurts, patterns and beliefs, you begin to know yourself, trust and believe in yourself and life.
I want to share one of the teachings from my coaching framework work with you. My powerful and holistic method to intuitive decision making.
Access your Intuition – Head, Heart and Hara!
Head (Logic, Reasoning, & Common Sense)
Engages critical thinking and analysis.
Heart (Emotions, Values & Spirit)
Connects with feelings, passion, and alignment with personal truth.
Hara (Gut, Instincts, Embodied knowing)
Taps into deep intuition, primal wisdom, and embodied knowing.
Framework for Intuitive decision making
💡 Take a moment to check in with each center when making a decision:
⭐Ask your Head: “What’s the logical choice?”
⭐Check with your Heart: “What feels right?”
⭐Connect with your Hara: “What does my gut instinct say?”
If all three align, move forward with confidence.
Is there hesitation? explore where the resistance is coming from. 💡 Tip: If you’re stuck, place your hands on your head, heart, and hara one at a time. Notice where you feel openness or tension. This can reveal unconscious insights!
