3 powerful tips for manifesting
New Moon is a dreamy time, a powerful time for manifesting
When the moon is dark and the stars are bright! It has long been known for a time of dreaming, for stating your intentions loud and proud. The process of manifesting what you want is easy, BE, DO, HAVE. A lot of us were taught differently to that; that we must do something (work), to have something ($$), to be someone (special). Is that how you were taught to live?
The rules have changed, no they were always the same, we just never knew it. The law of vibration and attraction tell us that the real process for manifesting is this:
Be – who you want to be, who you truly are, without any negative energy attached to your dream, feel like you already have what you want, align your energy to attract it.
Do – take inspired action to make your dream happen.
Have – be open to receive what you want, know, trust and surrender your dream to a higher power.
2 of the Universal Laws for manifesting are
Law of Vibration
At a microscopic level, everything is in constant motion, vibrating at a specific frequency. This applies to matter but also one’s personal frequency as well. This law says that our vibrational frequency can inform our lived experience.
Apply it – Using the Law of Vibration and Attraction for manifesting are essentially a paradigm shift—a consciousness shift.
I am BEING, which causes me to DO something, then I HAVE something.
Law of Attraction
It says that like attracts like, and you get what you focus on. Not only that, but you have to believe what you’re seeking is possible to obtain.
Apply it – Align your energy with the energy of your dream. Focus on your goal everyday, put up photos, words or affirmations. You also must believe it is possible for you, therefore releasing any limiting beliefs or energetic blocks that stop you from believing it.
I am not an expert in manifesting yet, but I am really good at feeling the way I want to feel and living how I want to live my life, which means I am half way there. I want more love, so I love myself, which attracts more love to me, and I feel loved by others. This is where my deep healing and coaching work comes into play.
I help self aware men and women identify, release and resolve unwanted energy, blocks and beliefs. Healing childhood trauma, and family and cultural conditioning. When I say conditioning I am talking about those beliefs you have grown up with around worthiness.
